Positive labeling

Labeling machine labeling to the packaging container, the centerline of the label and its theoretical position of the deviation within the prescribed range, known as the positive label. The same packaging container with more than one label, should be in accordance with the above definition of the respective deviation from the theoretical position, should be within the specified range.

Labeling rate

According to the labeling requirements (single label or multiple labels) labeling the number of packaging containers and the total number of packaging containers inspected percentage.

Loss of labeling rate

In the labeling process, the number of labels damaged by the labeling machine and the percentage of the total number of labels consumed by the inspected packaging container labeling.

Positive Labeling Rate

The percentage of the number of positively labeled packaging containers to the total number of inspected packaging containers.
